9.9.4. Internal keeping temperatures: Subject to Division 9.10, sea food products must be kept:
(1)  in the case of refrigerated sea food products, at an internal temperature not exceeding 4ºC;
(2)  in the case of frozen sea food products, at an internal temperature not exceeding -18ºC;
(3)  in the case of semi-preserved sea food products, at an internal temperature not exceeding 10ºC.
